My High School Life:
A late bloomer as i used to be for i did better during my college years than in my high school years.Somehow, i managed to be in a class that. stands out from the rest.The competition was very stiff for we need to excell both in academics and extra curricular activities. The late, which i failed to complete due to my family's financial burden. I was an achiever with a talent for singing and dancing and i showed this also during my college days.I hate numbers but did well in English and World History,i never realized that the fondness for those subjects will pave the way for me to go places and meet people of different cultures.Throughout my life, i tend to pay attention to the teachers from time to time. In high school, I thought I was more of a follower than a leader. In college, I demonstrated my leadership characteristics, compared to high school, my life has improved. I managed to get a good education and graduated as a scholar to both the university and graduate school i attended.My high school experience had taught me not to give up my dreams.It gave me the desire to do better than other people at something.I'm now a dedicated educator by profession, a fulfilled mother of one and yes of course, an SI alumni.
